Overview
savageaestheticsapparel.com (the "Site") is operated by Savage Aesthetics Fitness Brand, LLC, doing business as SAVAGE AESTHETICS® ("SAVAGE AESTHETICS®," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company. The Site is powered by Shopify.

By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to use the Site and place orders.

Products
We sell apparel, including MMA rashguard and fight short sets, base layer sets, women's bodysuits, and socks. We try to show product colors, details, and sizing as accurately as possible, but colors may look different on different screens. Please check sizing on each product page before ordering.

We may change, limit, or discontinue products at any time.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

Payment for Site orders is collected at checkout through Shopify Payments (credit/debit cards and Apple Pay). Orders placed by direct message may be paid by Cash App ($SavageAesthetics1), PayPal (Savage Aesthetics Fitness Brand), or Apple Pay ((832) 385-6043). DM orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed quantity limits. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you.

Pre-Orders and Team Orders
Pre-order items ship when they are ready. Any estimated ship date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship.

Camp, team, and wholesale orders of 10+ units are final sale once production begins. Damaged or defective units are replaced. Please confirm sizes before ordering.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
We ship within the United States only, via USPS. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property
SAVAGE AESTHETICS® is a registered trademark. All content on the Site, including logos, designs, graphics, photos, and text, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

Disclaimer
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Our products are apparel and are not protective equipment.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SAVAGE AESTHETICS® and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved.

Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Galveston County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
